Year 2 student receives letter from Duke and Duchess of Cambridge
Year 2 student Harry Rudden-Vine, from Shorne Primary School, was amazed to receive a letter from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge after writing to them about our peace garden and his outdoor learning.
It all started because Harry was practicing his handwriting skills and had been involved with the garden as a project and his nan had donated the funds for a bench. He then had the idea of writing to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and it has gone viral from there.
Harry has since become a minor celebrity as he has appeared in Kent Online and has been on BBC Radio Kent. He has also made Australian news reports, the Independent, the Sun, and various others!
